I remember my teacher read this book to us in the fifth grade...it's about a town where all the grownups get sick and die, and the kids go around stealing everything and eventually forming gangs and stuff. It's from a 10-11 year old girls point of view (i think)... I know it might be vague but, any idea would be nice... :)
